About Us
Since 1992, we have invested our own capital in German residential real estate — primarily multifamily — through value-add acquisitions and opportunistic development. No outside investors, no fund structure — decisions are made in-house. We own, manage, and improve our buildings ourselves, and we hold without exit pressure.
